Merchandise purchased on Elaragallery.co.uk in their original condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) must be returned within 15 days of the receiving date found on the Packing List.

Please allow up to 28 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Items purchased outside of the United Kingdom are not eligible for returns.
